Quickest way to lose weight with exercise, is something I have made my specialty. See I have had problems with my weight my whole life and have tried every diet and excercise program available on the market, so believe me when I say I know what works and what doesn't.
Now if you want to save yourself a lot of time and money then you only need these two really fast weight loss exercises to lose weight in just a few days. How I found out about these little excercise secrets was when I went on a vacation to one of my favorite places to go and relax which is Hawaii.
Now I would like to say that I go to Hawaii all the time..NOT. I just happen to get invited to go which for some reason is how I get to do most of the things I do. So this particular summer I packed my bags and flew to Hawaii with a group of friends and I have to say it is a very beautiful place, everyone is beautiful and not to mention beautiful bodies.
As I was staying at one of the hotels I got a chance to meet some new people one of them was a girl who had just moved to the islands from america. She was gorgeous and what got us started on the conversation was me asking her how she was able to keep herself looking so toned and fit. Apparently she was not always that way. She showed me some photos of how she looked after 10 years of marriage and have a few kids. She had gained a huge amount of weight not knowing how she would ever lose the weight. Now as you can imagine I wanted to know how she did it. One of the reasons she moved to Hawaii was because she received an offer to run one of the restraunts on the island. In her business its not easy to keep the weight off with so much good food to eat. So I took the new information I found and on my trip back home I realized an important fact about what it takes to lose weight. But not just losing weight but losing fat fast. No matter who you are or where your from it is having this knowledge that will make all the difference.
By the way the trip to Hawaii was great, I took lots of photos and can't wait to return. So what I came to share with you is the weight loss secrets I learned. First one is called the hindu squat, how it works is that you squat and try to do as many as you can for 5 to 10 minutes a day. Being one of the fastest ways to lose weight and it uses the weight resistance of your body so it can be done anywhere. No need to pack extra gym or workout equipment, all that is needed is a mat to stand on and some comfortable flexible clothes that breath.
The more squats you can do in one 5 minute session the more fat you will lose in the long run. I am sure you have seen the fitness models on television doing strenght resistance excercises, well they really work and its not just about the excercise, when it comes to weight loss and losing fat its also about a healthy diet.
Those fitness models got those hard, toned bodies by eating right. Now more importantly its eating the right types of foods. Speeding up the metabolism is what is necessary to reach your fat loss goals. Burn fat by burning calories...squats help speed up the process. Next you will need to have some equipment for this one but it is worth it when you see how fast the results are.
Now I am not a person who likes to be bogged down with a lot of gym or excercise equipment. Plus the easier the process the better for me. I do not have the time or the patience for a long and drawn out or complicated weight loss plan, counting calories and measuring food. So this next weight loss excercise only requires a mini trampoline, you have seen them before and they are pretty handy to have in front of a tv or outside in the yard, its just big enough for one person to jump on and has amazing fast results for losing fat and weight loss. Just take a few minutes and start jumping, I like this one because I can multi-task doing more than one thing at a time is my guilty confession.
Hey who says that you can not maximize your time with more than one activity. Use the mini trampoline as a way to burn fat, speed up your metabolism and in between commercials of your favorite TV show, or while your watering the yard or while your kids are taking their naps. I usually listen to my favorite podcast and catch up with the latest news on nutrition and health.
Either way its a win/win situation for anyone who wants to know how to get unbelievably fast fat loss results. Forget about all those other weight loss routines that have you spending more time figuring out the system then actually working the program. Fast results is what your main objective is and that is worth the time to get there.
